This plan is ideal for seasonal residents, long-term travelers, vacant properties, and high-value homes that require consistent attention. In Florida’s climate, weekly visits offer an added layer of protection.
As-Needed Home Check

A one-time inspection is the perfect solution for homeowners who will be away for less than 14 days but still want the peace of mind that comes with a professional check-in.

Whether you’re traveling for business, taking a short vacation, or making a quick trip, we’ll make sure everything at your home is just as it should be.
This service is also ideal for real estate professionals and property managers during short periods of inactivity or in between rentals. A vacant property can quickly develop unnoticed issues—from humidity concerns to minor maintenance problems—so having a reliable set of eyes on the home can make all the difference.
Our standard pricing applies to homes up to 3,000 square feet. For homes over 3,000 square feet, an additional $20 per visit will be added to account for the extra time and attention required to properly inspect the larger space.

Add-On Services Pricing
Add-on services are billed at a flat rate of $35 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Time beyond the first hour is billed in 15-minute increments.
Emergency services—including after-hours visits, holidays, or same-day requests—are billed at an additional $150 emergency fee, plus the applicable hourly rate.
