Hi! We’re Tari and Rob, proud residents of Rotonda West. Five years ago, we made the move from the North East to care for Rob’s parents, who were in their 90s and facing declining health. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and that same sense of responsibility and compassion guides the way we care for every home we watch.

Living in Southwest Florida has been a true blessing. We love spending time with our dogs, tackling home improvement projects, and enjoying all the outdoor activities that Florida’s beautiful weather makes possible. As homeowners ourselves, we understand how important it is to know your property is safe, secure, and well cared for—especially when you’re away.

Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of watching homes for friends and neighbors, whether they were gone for a week or several months. What started as helping out quickly became something we genuinely enjoy. We take pride in treating every home as if it were our own—checking on the details, keeping an eye out for potential issues, and providing peace of mind while you’re away.
